Boston will have one more Apple store, this time in the downtown of the city. There are several Apple stores in the metro area already, but the next one is to be based in a sleek, street-level store across from the huge downtown Prudential Center. The store will be opened this week at 815 Bolyston in the tourist and business district of the city and will be announced by Mayor Thomas Menino. By the way, there are also plans to build The Residences at Mandarin Oriental – a 6-star hotel and condo complex, right across the street in 2007. Mandarin Oriental. The excisting two-storey building will be demolished to construct a four-story 60-foot wide Apple store on this place.
